!MARRIAGE-COMMENT: Rene Jette, "Dictionnaire Genealogique des Familles du
Quebec", 1983, University of Montreal, page 1020. At the recording of1700 he
was at Mont-Louis, and was a Master Engraver. He establihed himself in
Kamouraska in 1696 or 1697. He was a lieutenant of the Militia ofKamouraska in
March of 1721. He was a carpenter, joiner and barrelmaker at differenttimes in
his life. He filed contract to marry with notary Gilles Rageot on 29 Jan1691.
