Attorney Theodore Bogert GUERARD
Graduated high honors from the College of Charleston in 1950, andUniversity of SC Law School. Joined the firm of Sinkler, Gibbs andSimons. 1975 he left to practice solo, but later formed the firm of McKayand Guerard, one of the largest and most respected firms in SC. 1964,elected to the SC House of Representatives where he served 3 terms.
