He died sometime between 20 MAY 1662 and the recording of 1666 at Trois-
Rivieres. He was a relative of Marin Boucher, although the connection isnot
known for sure. He arrived in 1634, and was cited as being in Quebec on
30 JAN 1645. He was a master wood joiner at Notre-Dame de Mortagne.

32. He was a woodworker who originated from Notre-Dame de Mortagne, inPerche,
France. He married there to Nicole, and five of their children were bornthere.
They arrived in Quebec on 8 August 1634. Later moved to Trois-Rivieres hewas
conceded 24 acres on the river. Pierre (born 1 Aug. 1622), Nicolas,Madeleine,
Marie and Marguerite were the five born in France. When Julienne died at
St-Langis on 15 Dec, 1627, Marin remarried for a second time in 1629 toPerinne
Mallet. Two more children were born there in France, Marin (Aug. 1630) and
Jean-Galleran on 16 Feb. 1633. Marin, his wife Perinne Mallet, and six
children; Francois, Jean-Galleran, Pierre, Guillaume, Marie and Madeleine
arrived in Canada together.
